You can reach out by phone or email through the link at the top of the screen, and we can take some time to talk to one another about what brought you here. You can take that time to get an idea of what it might be like to have me as your therapist and if we would be a good fit. From there, you can set up a time for a session. Typically, sessions are booked weekly or bi-weekly to start. The frequency of sessions can be adjusted at any time to best fit your needs.
