What are the office hours?
Office hours are M-F with evening hours available on Thursday and Friday. Appointments are scheduled on a first come first served basis. Reach out to find out the appointment times that are available to you.
Do I have to come to therapy every week?
No! Frequency of sessions is determined by the needs of each individual. Typically, people will start out with weekly sessions and then decide that they want to drop down to every other week, and then as time goes on and you’re feeling good about your progress you can drop down to monthly sessions and eventually stop all together. I do not start people with monthly sessions, as this is not productive to helping people progress and work on the goals that they have.
What modality do I use for anxiety?
I use a blend of modalities that are tailored to each individual and what is going to be most helpful to them. With that said, I use a baseline of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help challenge thought patterns and shift the way you approach situations.
